Services

Sir, —There are so many things we take for granted in this lovely country. I overheard a neighbour growling because the milkman was a wee bit behind his usual time of delivery. There are so many people we depend upon for our daily needs, but three services receive little praise: the nurse, the milkman, and the man who delivers our daily paper. While we are snoring in a nice warm bed, these people are doing their jobs regardless of rain, hail, or snow. Good luck to them.—Yours, etc., GRATEFUL. June 6, 1962.
