TV Not Affected By Fog

The wet and foggy weather in Christchurch during the last week has not had any affect on reception of television, according to representatives of two Christchurch television servicing firms. The wet conditions could cause “ghosting” on a screen where a house was situated near hills as the waves would be reflected back from the hills and wet - ground could cause some slight “ghosting.” However, this was a normal fault where there were hills and the wet conditions while not causing "ghosting” could accentuate a problem already present.
