Extra Shelter At Addington
The Canterbury Park Trotting Club will provide extra shelter for patrons at its winter meeting at Addington on Saturday. A fence has been erected on top of the mound at the eastern end of the grounds and seating for several hundred persons will be placed there.
A canvas screen will be erected fronting the area where the main public grandstand stood. The new shelters will make conditions more comfortable in the event of an easterly wind.
