Black List Of Noises
“Loud and disturbing" noises from diesel locomotives have been added to the black list of the Auckland City Council noise abatement and control committee. The committee chairman (Mr G. E. Myers) reported to the council that ways of dealing with this noise nuisance would be examined at the next meeting of the committee.
