Caduceus came in third to Irvin Paul in the Adios Butler Pace at Roosevelt Raceway last night. Apmat, from Australia, and another New Zealand horse. False Step, were unplaced. Irvin Paul stormed to a three-quarter length victory over Stephan Smith in the 25.000 dollars race. Caduceus was three-quarters of a length behind Stephan Smith, with Apmat coming in fourth and False Step sixth.
