Two Unions May Affiliate (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) KD'IBERI.Eif, April A The South African Coloured Rugby Board decided at its annual meeting In Kimberley last night to seek affiliation with the South African Rugby Board. The president of the South African Board, Dr. Danie Craven, who was at the meeting. and the preaident of the Coloured Board, Mr J. D. Kester, issued a joint statement. It said: "The meeting was a continuation of discussions which had previously taken place between executives of the boards. "An agreement has been reached on closer relationship between the two boards on matters at mutual interest.’’ Dr. Craven said that if the application for affiliation were accepted, it would appear the Coloured Board could arrange overseas tours for their teams, through the South African Rugby Board.
