Mr Holyoake’s Comment
( A'.Z. Press Association)
WELLINGTON. April 5.
“In stating that the producer boards had refused invitations from both Mr Marshall and me to join the Trade Promotion Council. I merely stated, a fact, and it is a fact that I greatly regret.” the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said tonight. “Frankly, I was disappointed that after many discussions extending over months the boards refused to bring directly to the council table the benefits of their extensive practical knowledge and experience.” said Mr Holyoake.
