OAMARU. April 5. An elderly woman was killed just north of the Oamaru Railway Station . t 12 45 pm todav when she was struck by the south-bound express. She was
Miriam Margaret O'Brien. aged 80. a widow, of 11 Ouse r'reet.
Mrs O'Brien had been in the vicinity of the Oamaru foreshore and was crossing the railway to return to the built-up area when she was *» uck by the train.
