NEW BOMBER.—A drawing of the 2000-mile-an-hour, B-70 Valkyrie bomber which will be test-flown at Palmdale, California, later this year. Six huge jet engines in the tail will power the 250-tout aircraft. More than one billion dollars has been spent on planning and construction of the first three B-70s. A passenger version would carry up to 150 persons.
