A NOVEL TRAFFIC SCHOOL to teach children driving and road regulations has just been opened in Chofu, Japan. The nearly 400-yard racetrack is situated at the local botanical gardens and children can hire the go-karts, which have a top speed of 15 miles an hour, for Is a half hour. The school keeps the children off the streets, and the car racing attracts them to the track where they are also given road safety instruction.
