Youth Guilty Of Fatal Negligence
( N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Mar. 7. A jury in the Supreme Court at Auckland today found Peter Kennedy, aged 19, a bricklayer, guilty of negligent driving causing death. He was remanded for sentence by Mr Justice Greeson. Barry James Rixon, aged 19, a passenger in the front seat of Kennedy's car died when the vehicle struck some trees.
