Floor Tiles Making 1:2 At Par
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. March 6.
Floor Tiles and Parquet (N.Z.) Auckland, will make a one-for-2 issue at par on holdings as at March 19. T.iis will take paid capital to £75.000.
The issue is being made to finance the m; ufacture of basic vinyl in coniunction with Revertex, of England, and Harrisons Ramsay Pty., Ltd., merchant
The company will also manufacture an interior acoustic and fire-proof material under licence from an American company. Both this material and basic vinyl will be exported to Australia, replacing supplies from the English Revertex factory.
Nominal capital will be raised to £lOO.OOO. Directors expect to maintain the 8 per cent, dividend.
