SEMOLINA
There comes a moment after holiday fare when everybody welcomes a milk pudding again. Plain milky rice or sago appeals to some. Sago or rice custards, and meringuetopped milk puddings come in such variety that most tastes are accommodated.
Here, Semolina Pudding is topped with raspberry jam and meringue to make an attractive sweet. Ingredients: 4 cups milk 4oz sugar 3oz semolina loz butter Grated nutmeg ’/i teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs Raspberry jam
