Support For Emigration
(N^J’A.-Reuter — Copyright) LONDON, March 3. The House of Commons yesterday gave an unopposed second reading—agreement in principle—to a bill to encourage British emigration to the Commonwealth. It gives the Government financial authority for another five years to contribute to schemes designed to encourage this emigration.
