Four members of the New Zealand swimming team will compete again tomorrow night in heats of the Australian championships at .Melbourne’s Olympic Pool They are K Stevens, Miss V Haddon Miss M. Macßae and Miss L Moore. Stevens will swim in a heat of the 110 yards butterfly in which K Berry is hoping to break 60sec in the Anal on Saturday night

Miss Haddon, who brilliantly won the 110 yards breaststroke Last night, is expected to win the 220 yards breaststroke heat tomorrow night and the final on Saturday night. Miss Macßae will contest a heat of the 110 yards junior backstroke tomorrow night and Miss Moore will swim in the women’s 220 yards freestyle. The fifth member of the team, A. Seagar, who broke the Australian 440 yards medley record last night, has completed his programme. The team manageress Miss D Brown, said tonight that the team had trained lightly today and was confident of further good performances in the remaining: events. Australian officials have been greatly impressed by the success of the New Zealand team The Australian Swimming Union president, Mr Hicks Ive, complimented the New Zealanders at the AS.U. annual dinner tonight.
