MOSCOW, Feb. 14. The Soviet Union laid claim today to not one, bnt two "Loeb Ness monsters'* in Russian lakes. Moscow Radio said the first "monster’’ was seen by Soviet geologists in a lake on a barren plateau 3500 ft up in eastern Siberia. They said they first thought it was a barrel in the water. But there was foam rising round it, and as it drew nearer they saw it was a “monster’’ with a

head over six feet in size, eyes wide apart and a 30ft long body with something like a fin on it
