Tottenham Hotspurs was beaten 1-0 by Dukla in Prague today in a quarterfinal of the European Soccer Cup. The return match will be played at Totenham on February 26. In another quarter-final, in Glasgow, Rangers beat Standard Liege 2-0 in a second leg but the Belgian champion moved into the semi-finals on aggregate.
