Rains Move East

Skies were clear over Southern California yesterday after a six-day deluge, but towns further east were isolated and thousands of people were homeless in the rampage of snow-swollen rivers.
The rains moved east and Idaho was fighting its worst floods in 25 years today as the collapse of an irrigation dam and heavy rains forced many families to leave their homes.
