Murderer Of Girl (N.Z. Pres* Association) HAMILTON, February 14. After a retirement of three hours 50 minutes a jury in the Supreme Court at Hamilton, tonight found Patrick William Smith, aged 27, a lineman, of Hamilton, guilty of the murder of Heather Lilian Griffiths, aged 17, a telephonist of Tokoroa, on December 30 last.
