Great Lakes Shipping,— Australia and three other Commonwealth countries had agreed to let Canadian shipping to have exclusive Commonwealth access to coastal shipping business in the great lakes, the Canadian Press reported. New Zealand and Ghana were on 'the point of declaring their formal agreement.—(Ottawa, January 26.)
