Boating On The Avon
(By EVE) Sunshine, sparkling water and a bright coloured canoe 'what more could a small boy want? On the river outside the boatsheds, little craft are pushed .away and pulled In at all angles. Sometimes a venturesome paddler manoeuvres too fast and splashes Overboard. But that is all in the day’s fun of boating on the Avon in holiday time.
