Doctor Missing On Sailing Trip

Italian and British police began a search today for an American doctor reported missing on a sailing trip from England to Italy via the French canal system. The doctor, 42-year-old William Hartman, of Los Angeles, California, sailed from the Suffolk port of Woodbridge in a 15-ton ketch last November 21. He was due in Naples in the second week of December.
