Witness Sought.— Members of the motor accident inquiry branch at the Central Police Station want to interview a man who saw a car run into a parked car in Riccarton road on Saturday about 7 p.m. The car failed to stop, and the man who saw the incident took the number of the car and left an unsigned note on the parked vehicle. The accident occurred near Hagley Park.
