(N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA, January 8. A seven-year-old girl was drowned in a quarry pool at Murupara yesterday afternoon. She was: Amy Delilah Katu, daughter of Mr and Mrs R. katu, of Murupara. The girl was swimming with two companions, Naki and Huia Nuku, of Murupara. in a Jorge pool at the quarry’. She disappeared in water about three feet deep.
