NZ. “Best Of Air (N-ZPA.-Reater—C opyrtcht > AMSTERDAM, December 28. New Zealand offered the best of all prospects for Dutch emigration, the outgoing Netherlands Government Commissioner for Emigration (Mr Bastiaan Wouter Haveman) told reporters at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport yesterday. Mr Haveman. who will assume his Activities as new director of the Inter-Govern-mental Committee for European Migration on January 1. said New Zealand was the only country to which Dutch emigration did not show a downward trend. “We hear no bad reports of New Zealand and that country offers just as many possibilities for prospective immigrants as in the past,” he said. The Emigration Commissioner was seeing off the new Dutch Emigration Attache to Wellington (Mr P. J. Te Wink el), who will replace Mr K. Korndorffer.
