SCHOLARSHIP AT MELBOURNE

Science Student From Taranaki (NJZ. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 17. A two-year scholarship for scientific research work at Melbourne University has been awarded to a 23-year-old Waitara student Mr M. N. Harford. He will start work at Melbourne as the winner of a Commonwealth

Research Scholarship. He is an old boy of the New Plymouth Boys* High School. This year Mr Harford has been working for his M-Sc. degree at the University of Canterbury.
