Consideration By Australian L.T.A. (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, November 29. The Lawn Tennis Association of Australia may promote professional tennis tournaments in Australia by 1963, it reported last night The move for this revolutionary step came from the meeting of the New South Wales L.T.A. The association last night voted overwhelmingly in favour of a motion by the vice-president (Mr J. Russell) to move for the establishment of a sub-committee to discuss with Australian professionals the promotion of matches in Australia.
