Urgency was taken yesterday morning on committee discussion on the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill, but when the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) moved that the committee should report back to the House, only one of the bill's four clauses had been passed by the committee The House adjourned at 5.5 pm. until 230 pm. on Tuesday
