Mid Mr N. E. Kirk (Opposition. Lyttelton) in the House of Representatives today Mr Kirk asked the Minifter of Electricity (Mr Gooaman) to bring power boards within the purview of the Commercial Trusts Act so that tu provision* designed to deal with profiteering and unreasonable practice could be applied to any power board that exploited unfairly the E2.7W.00G increase in power made by the Government from November 1.
