Warning For Speed (AZ. Pres* Assn.—CopyrigM) DAYTONA BEACH (Florida), October 4. The American astronaut. Captain Virgil Grissom, when stopped by • policeman last week tor driving at 45 miles and hour in a 4G miles an hour zone, said: “I’m terribly sorry, officer. I don’t usually go this fast,” the Associated Press reported today. Captain Grissom who had travelled at 5280 miles an hour in a space caosule. and his companion, a fellow astronaut. Commander Alan Shepard, were let off with a warning.
