Resolutions Approved
Shareholders at Cyclone Industries (N.Z.), Ltd, approved on Friday the increase in the rate at preference dividend from 5 per cent to 5} per cent per annum, with a maximum erf 6 per cent per annum when the annual ordinary dividend reaches 10 per cent or more. The increase in nominal capital to £500.000 by the creation of an additional 230.000 ordinary shares of £1 each was also approved. The split of £1 ordinary shares to 5s units win take place on January 15, 1962, at which time the new issue will be 10s paid on the ordinary £1 shares. Letters erf entitlement for; the new issue of 34,000 £1 ordinary shares will be sent shareholders on October 10.
