(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON. Sept. 20. It was not the intention that representatives of producer interests should be included in the New Zealand mission at the discussions in Brussels between the United kingdom and the “Six” relating to Britain's joining of the E.E.C., said the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake> today. He was replying to a question by Mr N. E. Kirk (Opposition, Lyttelton). Mr Holyoake said the negotiations were likely to extend over several months The Government would maintain as close a consultation with the United Kingdom representatives as circumstances might require. Mr K. L. Press, commercial counsellor, London, would act as New Zealand liaison representative at the site of the negotiations. Close consultation would be maintained with producer interests at all stages, he said.
