Frigate Due Next Month.— The Navy’s new frigate, H.M.N.Z.S. Taranaki began the last part of her passage to New Zealand this week. She left Panama on Monday and after visits to Long Beach, California, Honolulu and American Samoa, is due at New Plymouth on October 28.—(P.A.)
