Prison For Fatal Negligence

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 19. David Longworth Mason, aged 35, an engineer, was sent to prison for two months by Mr A. A. Coates, S.M., at Auckland today when he appeared for sentence on a charge of negligently driving a vehicle and causing death on July 2. Mason’s driving licence was cancelled for five years.
