Engineers’ Liaison. The Christchurch Drainage Board agreed last evening that there should be regular meetings between its engineers and the engineers of county councils in the board’s district to dis. cuss roading, drainage, and sewerage projects. Similar meetings have been held with the City Engineer <Mr E. Somers) for some time.
