Opening the New Zealand Sewage and . Industrial Wastes Association conference yesterday, the Mayor of Auckland (Mr D M. Robinson) told delegates that Auckland's Mangere sewage scheme (“the biggest local body undertaking in the hisot New Zealand”) was a 100 per cent, success The scheme had had its teething troubles—somebody had created a temporary smell through human error.
