Log Exports
Log exports from the Port of Tauranga for the month of July at 18.326 tons were the biggest in any month since the log trade began. This information was contained in a report submitted to the monthly meeting of the Tauranga Harbour Board yesterday by its secretary 'Mr L. E. Hatch).—(P.A.) Members of the council of the Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association, at their monthly meeting last evening. stood in silence as a mark of resoect to Mr E R. Cuzens. a Timaru manufacturer, who died recently.
