Test Averages

The Australian left-hand opening batsman, W. Lawry, with an average of 52.5, headed the batting averages in the test series between England and Australia. R. Subba Row, also a left-hand opening batsman, scored the most runs, with 468 runs in 10 innings. A. K. Davidson, who took 23 wickets, had the highest number of wickets. F. S.
