L Leslie blocked the Belfast end of Johns road. Constable Leslie was accompanied by Constable M B Haussmann. Another natrol car in charge of Detective D. N. Stewart went to Johns road bv wav of Harewood road. The truck was found abandoned about quarter of a mile from where it was taken. Two police dogs, Ace and Buck, were taken to the area and followed tracks through a plantation to where bicycles had apparently been left. The truck was not damaged, but the ignition key was taken. Two secondary ■ schoolboy’s were seen loitering in the area earlier in the day.
