(N.Z. Press ’Assn.— Copyright) MELBOURNE, Aug. 8. A senior police officer today warned Melbourne television watchers to see that all their house windows and doors are locked. Chief Inspector H. McMennemin, deputy chief of the Victoria C. 1.8.. said sneak thieves were entering dozens of Melbourne homes under cover of the noise of television programmes. A Hawthorn bookmaker was robbed of £4OOO last night while he was watching television. T
