Canadian Doi. Again Weak The Canadian dollar was again weaker last week. The £ gamed a further 0.7 cents, compared with 9 cents the previous week. Business Personal Mr J. Graham Brown has been appointed secretary of the New Zealand Refining Company, Ltd. Mr Brown was secretary-chief accountant of the New Zealand Cement Company, Ltd., Westport. Previously he was associated with the construction of the Tasman Pulp and Paper Company project, and with Caxton Paper Mills, Ltd., where he was secretaryaccountant— (P .A,) Mr H. S. Jones, of Christchurch, has been appointed to the board of directors of Ross and Glendinning, Ltd. —(P.A.) Mr H. D. T.
