No Address To House
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. July 3. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said tonight that the British Common-wealth Relations Secretary (Mr San-dys)' would not address the House of Representatives on Thursday afternoon, but he will speak to all members at a Parliamentary luncheon on Thursday. "We both agreed this was the best forum." Mr Holyoake told reporters.
