TRIAL MATCH FOR B TEAM
Possibles Too Good For Probables In a trial match for the Canterbury B Rugby side at Lancaster Park South on Saturday, Possibles beat Probables. 14-3. The wet, slippery conditions made handling difficult, but the Possibles backs, in the early stages at least, produced some enterprising attacks. B Richards kicked two penalty goals and converted a try for Possibles, and P Culley and W. Flavell scored tries B. Weenik scored a try for Probables. Mr R. G. Condliffe was the referee.
