PROMOTION OF TEAMS
City, Western To First Division B The Western and City team* In the Canterbury Football Association’s second diviaion competition have qualified for promotion to first division B for the second round ot matches This was announced last evening by Mr T. C. Gottermeyer. convener of the association's match committee. When the first division has plaved it* last round on July I, the top *ix team* will play off for the Hurley Shield. The other four with the two promoted team*, will play for the Key* Cup. The teams In the Hurley Shield competition will carryforward their points from the first round, but Key* Cup team* will all *tart again from scratch This competition should commence on July 8.
