TALK BY CITY JOURNALIST
Canterbury Travel Club Mr Graham Wear, a Christchurch journalist who recently returned from London. gave a talk entitled "Behind the Scenes in Fleet street.” at the Canterbury Travel Club yesterday. He was welcomed by Mrs J. H. Graham and thanked by Mrs Sedley Wells. Visitors to the club included Mesdames D. R. Ferguson (Sydney), G. A. Willmer (England) and M. Anderson (Dunedin*. Miss Marjorie Rowley gave vocal 'solos She was accompanied by Mrs J. H. Cocks.
