D.B. Offer For Hotels Accepted
A taka-over offer by Dominion Breweries. Ltd, has been accepted by 100 per cent, ot the shareholders ot Northern Properties, Ltd., said Mr H. J. Kellttier. managing director of Dominion Breweries. I*M night. The offer, which was on a share-exchange baate, wag equal to £MO.OOO for the £300.000 paid capital of Northern Properties. Mr Kelliher said the administration and management of the six heteia owned by Northern Properties would remain unchanged for the tame being. The hotels would ultimately be added to the Dominion Breweries chain.
