Federated Mountain Club. The number ot clubs affiliated to the Federated Mountain Club ot New Zealand increased last year, says the annual report of the president of the federation (Mr R. A. Rodda), which will be presented to the annual moving of ths federation today. The number of aMMsd clubs was now 71. an increase of four on ha. year. The main reason for the increase was the affiliation of four branches of the Now Zealand Deerstalkers* Aasectetton, after the resignation of the national body last year. Further branches of the association are expected to affiliate with the federation during the next year, the report says.
