Four Australians On Visit
The attractions of South Island lakes and mountains will be described to the Australian public by four newspaper, radio, and television men who arrived in Christchurch from Sydney yesterday afternoon. They are Messrs T. Jacobs of Radio 2UE. Sydney, L. V. Hudson. the Australian Broadcasting Commission's television news supervisor, D. Hardy, a television cameraman with the A.8.C., and D. Robinson, of the “County Press." The party will fly south tomorrow morning, returning to Christchurch on June S to fly back to Sydney. The tour has been organised by firms Interested in promoting South Island scenic attractions.
