ADDINGTON MARKET Small Entries Of Store Stock

After the heavy rain over the week-end and flooding in several parts of the country entries were very small for yesterday’s store stock sale at Addington Market. Coming at the end of the season the small yarding had little effect on values, and it was generally a quiet sale throughout. Nearly half the store cattle were from Chatham Islands vendors, and these were in good condition after the voyage. The best of these met a ready sale. Cattle values generally, however, were not much changed. Store sheep and lamb values continued to hold at about last week’s level, but quality was mixed and only a few pens of good sheep

weie ivrwaru.
