LONDON, April 80. The International Amater Athletie Federation will recommend to the International Olympic Committee that the 1964 Games in Tokyo should be held in October of that year, it was decided by the federations’ council

The council will also recommend that a women's pentathlon and women's 400 metres should be added to the athletics programme in Tokyo.
